TIREZOOM SOLUTIONS LTD provides mobile tire and automotive services, including but not limited to tire changes, battery services, tire balancing, vehicle lockout assistance, and other related services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, vehicle type, and other factors.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

When booking an appointment for our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, technician availability, or equipment issues.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, Interac, and cash. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and payment method at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your purchases.

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we make no warranties or representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, or accuracy of our services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available."

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ontario, Canada. TIREZOOM SOLUTIONS LTD and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
